Life is too short to not do what you love. Helping athletes achieve success is one of my passions. Whether that’s through endurance coaching, sports nutrition, or a combination of the two, I’m excited to help you achieve your goals.
For as long as I can remember, I have been an athlete. Swimming, soccer, tennis, softball, skiing, you name it, I did it. Swimming was my main passion, and one that carried me into a Division 1 program at Miami University. While in school, I realized that the field of exercise physiology and nutrition was where I wanted to be. After graduating with a degree in Exercise Physiology/Nutrition, I knew that I wanted to help athletes achieve success.
Being able to do what I love while putting my family first is, for me, the key to happiness. I’m so thankful and blessed to have an amazing husband, an adorable son and two awesome Rhodesian Ridgebacks. They make my life full of joy, love and add a bit of craziness. In my spare time you’ll find me racing triathlons, running races (trails are my favorite), open water swimming, cycling, stand up paddle boarding and participating in any adventure race that comes my way. I’m always up for a challenge!

I’ve been a triathlete for the past 13 years and a coach for the past 8. I’ve worked with athletes of all abilities including age group triathletes, collegiate athletes, professional triathletes, marathoners and ultramarathoners, World Championship qualifiers, Boston Qualifiers, and even Olympic athletes. My specialties include swimming, power based cycling, long distance running, sports nutrition, working with the time crunched athlete and athletes that tend to be injury prone.
