Team Fueled Racing
This online and in person team is designed to take your training and racing to the next level.
This is an all access pass to achieve your goals through a team membership. You will have access to online training plans (endurance, triathlon, running, swimming, cycling and strength), a team membership area that includes a resource library, access to nutrition/training courses, recipes/nutrition help and more.
You will also be invited to weekly coaching calls where you can ask questions and participate in education webinars.
Example topics include:
- Nutrition for racing
- Recovery nutrition
- Heat acclimation
- How to adjust your training while traveling
- And many more
If you are local, there will be team training sessions. If you aren't local, there will be online team sessions. Discounts on nutrition guidance with Coach Cristina. $19/month.
Custom Race Plan
Do you want a coach to write you a truly individualized race plan, designed to help you achieve your race goals while not requiring as much communication?
This option is for you!
In this option, Coach Cristina will tailor a custom race plan for you, based on your family, life and work/time constraints.
After filling out a questionnaire, Coach Cristina and you will lay out your weekly and monthly goals and commitments. She will then write you a plan using your preferred training style (RPE, HR, Power, Pace, Etc.).
You will have full access to the team private Facebook page, the team membership area that includes a resource library, strength plans, recipes/nutrition help and more. You will also be invited to weekly coaching calls where you can ask questions and participate in education webinars. Example topics include: nutrition for racing, recovery nutrition, heat acclimation, how to adjust your training while traveling, etc. Race plans come in 3-6 month blocks. Custom race plans are available in triathlon or running plans. $75/month.
1:1 Custom Coaching
Are you looking for a coach to personally guide and craft a season over season plan to help you reach peak potential?
1:1 coaching will do just that!
Together you and Coach Cristina will lay out your season goals and work towards them. From a full season plan, down to a week to week plan.
1:1 coaching utilizes Coach Cristina's years of physiology/nutrition education, coaching and nutrition experience and combines that with the art of knowing how to apply the physiology, encourage and motivate, and make sure you are doing what you need to reach your goals.
You will have weekly 1:1 communication with your coach through emails, phone calls, Voxer and more.
1:1 Custom coaching is the option if you want the expert guidance to help in managing your training and life schedules. In addition to the 1:1 training, you get all the benefits of the team Fueled membership and Facebook group. 1:1 coaching is available in triathlon, swim only, bike only or run only plans.
